About 2 weeks ago I bought a packet of the Clicks brand nappies. After using them for a few days I noticed they leaked, causing me to have to change my daughter clothes at every nappy change.
I then went on line and made a direct complaint via the clicks website. That was on the 26th February.
I am still waiting for someone to get back to me regarding this. I have received no response to my complain. Not an apology, not a phone call and not even an acknowledgement of the complaint.
Clicks has always been my family store and I' m disappointed to say the least.
Who is in charge of the customer service and why has nothing been done? Does clicks just ignore all complaints and hope they will go away?
