Need the lette

Hi pater. i went to jet on the 23/08/2013 to request for my payed up letter, they promissed to email it to me in 48hrs... im still waiting. i need that letter to proove that i settled the account to my employer incase they do a itc check. i dont understand how long it takes to type and email a letter. please help
