I sent an e-mail through your website today stating that I did not receive my birthday voucher yesterday which I receive on an annual basis. I then got a phone call today from Makro Springfield to tell me that I opted out of sms communication (which is COMPLETELY false) and that I WILL NOT be getting my birthday voucher. She had an absolutely disgusting tone and handled the matter in a very unprofessional manner. Do Makro honestly expect me to phone THEM on my birthday to see if my voucher sms is coming or not?? If you look on the history of my purchases you will find that I make regular purchases and use my birthday voucher every single year. I trust that you will rectify this matter accordingly. Thank you.
