Dear Spur, in the past I have had problems with vouchers being loaded om my kids Spur cards, so today to avoid hassles at Spur Lonewolf tonight I call ahead to check that my daughters voucher was loaded only to be told its expired, what's up with that? The card its self has nothing on it to tell you your birthday voucher expires in 3 months and it should be from birthday to birthday never letting their be more then one voucher on the card. We go to Spur often but often its with friends who pay then I can't use my card or else we are with my husband then I don't have my purse with me with their cards. I must say I am very upset about this as I find this unfair, it may have stated it in the application but I can't be expected to remember all the small print and like I said a voucher should last till their next birthday. I feel Spur has let us down :-(
