Still haven't received a birthday voucher from Makro, my birthday was on 16 August. I did read a lot of complaints on this topic, so I figured like others I did not receive a sms, as I had to opt in to receive the sms. I did and it has been 2 weeks, still no feedback. When I call to get feedback, I get told it has been sent through to head office, when I call head office I'm told the Bloemfontein branch should send me my sms. With email, post or sms, is this just a easy way out for Makro not to send your voucher because " they could not sms you." Seriously, guys it is the 21st century,
I'm sure a big company like Makro should be able to assit you in more ways than with a mere sms, or at least just send your sms.
