I have a Primi membership card and one of the benefits is that you receive a R100 voucher on your birthday. My birthday was on the 8th of March 2013 and I went to Primi Maponya mall, I advised them that I want to redeem my voucher as it was my birthday. The waiter replied by saying he needs to confirm with his manager, the manager came up to my table and told me that the regional manager sent an email with regards to the birthday voucher and he can't recall what it said therefore he needs to check it. After a couple of minutes he came back saying he can't find it and he tried contacting the regional manger and he was away on holiday only coming back the next week and he will contact me with feedback. Up to this day I haven't received any feedback! I am very disappointed in Primi as they make promises they can't keep! Worst of all I paid a once off fee when I signed up for membership because the benefits interested me, now they can't give me what they promised!
