Makro card benefit

I called the call centre as I realised I did not receive a birthday voucher.
Busi at the call centre told me:
1) my card number is incorrect and doesnt reflect on their system - news to me as when I purchase, and card is swiped, all my details are reflected on the till slip
2) she says I have opted out of email option as communication, and text was opted, but someone deleted me from receiving texts
3) she cant advise which branch did this or when

Due to the above I am not entitled to my birthday voucher.

what nonsense!!!

Who removed my details?
Where is it communicated that if a customer opts not to be bombarded by marketing, they are no longer entitled to their birthday voucher which is a benefit of being a makro card holder?

I want a supervisor to call me NOW
