When i opened my credit card they said i will get a R100 gift voucher on my birthday. my birthday was the 1st of July. went there on the 26th July to claim it. suddenly nobody knew nothing. i'm not on the system so they cannot give me a gift voucher. the manager phoned and they said there is nothing they can do as i'm not on the system so they cannot generate a voucher. he was prepared to give me the R100 of at the till when i pay. got to the till.no! thats not how it works. they are prepared to give me a 30% discount, and as i did not buy alot of things the discount came to about R80.
i am soooo upset with makro! they made a promis and its on the contract that i signed with them.
its just amazing how big companies can get away with breaking a contract.
shame on you Makro!!!
