Birthday Voucher not received

To whom it may concern,

Please explain why my daughter did not receive her birthday voucher in 2012...
It left her sad and wondering why the postman did not deliver something for her like he always do, for her birthday from Spur.
We as parents thought Spur was child friendly? Really?!

Feedback in this matter would be much appreciated.
