I phoned Edgars asking if I pay R4000 on my account if they can recalculate my instalment so that my monthly payment can come down but according to them they only re-calculate once a year, this is so pathetic aren't you suppose to work the instalment on the outstanding balance and not and the highest statement balance??? So if my highest statement balance was R3000 and the day they did the re-calculations but a month later my statement balance is R10 000 how do u calculate this??? I will be under paying my account???
Please let someone phone me that has enough brains that understand my argument and to sort out my problem!!!
