Clicks customer care line must be the worst in the country. Three times I called to enquire, only to hold for more than 10 minutes each time. I ended up hanging up. I tried using email three days ago, I am still waiting for reply. The annoying automatic answering system does not help keeps on telling me to sit back and relax.
