Purchased Combo Bed in October 2012 - advertised R3000.00 @ R100.00 payments over 36 months.
Completed the Credit Agreement. Reading it over when I got home, the instalments on the Credit Agreement were R459.00 per month. I am unable to afford this repayment. Before the 5 day cooling period went to cancel the agreement. No one at the Branch would help. The Branch Manager wouldn't see me. I am still being debited with the instalment. We have been battling ever since to resolve this matter. The Salesperson said the time to cancel the Credit Agreement was before leaving the Store and not before the 5 day cooling off period, really?
Every time we phone or go it the Branch, we are treated with contempt. All I want are my rights as a Consumer to be addressed and this matter satisfactorily resolved. Would someone who is able assist me in this regard, please contact me as soon as possible.
