I have paid up and closed my account with Truworths over 3 years ago and today i decided to get a credit report and to my surprise Truworths only updated my report that i paid up and closed my account this year (2013) in February, this was long closed and it was not even suppose to appear on my credit report like other accounts which i have paid up. May you please urgently rectify this mistake and send correct information to Transunion and get this removed off my credit report as i have paid your account 4 years ago.
