I had an account with Truworth with was in arrears i paid up the account in full in but the information on the credit bureas is not updated i have my credit report it still shows the account as opened. i call the call center to get help with updating the info to show that its closed. it seems they are clueless and tell me irelevent things. i just need the info to be updated as my ITC info shows i have many open accounts due to this info not being updated
