Subscription not cancelled

On December I closed my account, I even spoke to an agent from OTA first before they could close my account. I had the vodacom airtime subscription of R32 pm for R49 airtime value and I was assured that it is cancelled but now I realise 2 months later im getting airtime on my vodacom number.how exactly am i paying for this since my account is closed.
