My blackberry's trackpad stopped working and I returned it to get repaired. I was told I'd get notified when repairs where done. I was kept in the light with the receiving and updated regularly while the phone was taken. Received an sms on my work number saying the phone was back and I could collect. I got to the store and as I opened the package found that the back cover was missing. I was told that on monday they'd resolve this, I didn't come on Monday and Tuesday, it is now Wednesday and I come back here and my phones cover is "still at repairs"the repairs guys said they'd bring it since Monday. I live in Randburg, I use my fuel to get here, this is waste of my time.
