I have taken the trouble to personally deliver a LCD TV to the store for repairs under guarantee. According to the brochure the warranty consultant will take care of everything, although I discovered that there is no contact details for the consultant. The TV was delivered on the 21st of January 2013. I phoned the store to find out what is happening, because they promised an sms once booked for repairs. Nothing to date and the TV is still at the store waiting for the technicians to be picked up. I took extra insurance for piece of mind, but unfortunately is it not backed by the service as promised in the brochure received when I paid for the insurance.
