Poor quality products, worse service and

I am a small business owner who has bought many products from Decofurn Factory shop and many of them have ended up broken. Though I have returned and taken the invoices back to them and the products are still under warranty, I still have not heard from Decofurn.

They sent a response to my previous Hello Peter listing to say that they were investigating and would revert back to me but they have not. Leon from Leisurefurn (their supplier) called me especially to tell me that he was no longer willing to assist me due to my reporting them on HelloPeter.

It is unfortunate that big companies like Decofurn can get away with poor quality products and exploitation of people's hard earned money. The manager Cornerl told me very clearly to take my invoices and leave their premises, when I came follow up on returned broken products with valid warranty documentation. The racially motivated treatment I received from him leaves a lot to be desired as he wouldn't even give me a chance to speak to him about the broken goods.

This kind of exploitation is a travesty of our country's hard-earned freedom, as I am not free as a consumer to return broken goods.

What a shame.
