At the beginning on the year i purchased a Graphics card from [URL Removed]
the product was sent to me within a week and was working perfectly.
at the beginning of this month however, it did not function at all.
i have been unable to use my pc since.
there was a year warranty on the product.
so naturally i decided to return it.
i was told to have a response in under a week, but after 10 days i had not heard a thing.
so i took it upon myself to email them and request an update on my product.
i received a reply the day after stating "we will look into it"
and after two days i received this email:

well.. that.
considering that i was not informed a sticker could render my warranty invalid.
and also that i have not seen, not touched said sticker.
so now i find myself R2000 short on a product that doesn't work because they couldn't find a sticker,
this is fantastic.
