Honestly this is the worst!!! Having bought so much from them over a period of time - one should think that they would appreciate the support and ensure you being serviced!! Think again!!!
After the shoddy service at the branch - as per normal with them - when it comes to deliverY no one calls you back - there is absolutely no communication. Again I had to call, shuntted from all over - eventually someone will get back to me about the delivery of this couch - guess what - nobody does!!!
I then wrote to Head Office the very next day - another surprise this person called Penny try to assist - if you look at the mails - it is clear she has no concept of customer service nor delivery.
Penny then tries to tell me I cant read - have you ever in your life and have a lack of understanding - CPA!!!
Nobody comes back to you - only when you make a fuss someone will tell you the delivery is late.
Needless to say - delivery is late, no communication, poor attitude from Head Office and no respect for their most loyal clients - I guess Penny does not need the business for Coricraft!!! Well done Penny you just got the award for the worst in Customer Servivce in this country - you amazed me!
