It is with great regret that I write this report on HelloPeter. It is painful to know that the service given at the Auckland Park Pick 'n Pay. I went to pay my Dstv account and had both the reference number and amount of R275 to pay. The teller punched in R475 resulting in over payment. The slip said that there are no refunds allowed at the branch. I fail to understand why there is no supporting systems for errors that may take place when it comes to customers paying their accounts. I spoke to Linda from multichoice who told me that I was supposed to be given a refund at the store and then Pick 'n Pay will sort out the rest with multichoice. Its pathetic that I was first told I needed to go to multichoice and that the refund will take 14 working days. How do u take money from me and not able to return it there and then due to an error by the store. I was promised feedback within 24 hours by the teller who made the error in the store. Why should I now go pay my Dstv account at that Pick 'n Pay after what happened? They don't have supporting structures put in place. You cannot build a house with no drainage system. R200 is a lot of money and I have been highly inconvenienced.
