Edgars does not want my business

I have applied twice over the last few months to open an account at Edgars! The first time was at the edgars store in La Lucia Mall, and after a month of waiting with no reply i attempted to open an account online! This time i at least recieved a reference number (2039850/20131018/A.N.A.), but that was the only communication i recieved! i have called the accounts department on several occasions and everytime they tell me they cant pick up the application on the system and they give me a different number to phone! I have tried to phone these alternate numbers but they are never answered and or simply dont exist!
This lack of interest in my application makes me wonder if Edgars actually wants my business!
