My car's wheels had been tampered with in the week. My husband took my car to the Tiger Wheel and Tyre's Cresta branch on Saturday 24 August 2013. The tyre fell off while he was driving and after some difficulty he managed to get the car back on the road and make it safely to the branch.
Mark was very compassionate towards the situation and suggested that we leave the car with him assuring us that he would call within one and a half hours. Expecting there to be a delay or no return call we cleared up our afternoon. However, we were pleasantly surprised to receive his call an hour and a half later. We appreciated his timeliness and overall respect for our time as well.
I would just like to commend the branch on their excellent service. We will definitely be recommending them to all our family and friends!
