My spouse, Marian Terblanche, applied to have her fully paid up account re-opened at Edgars Richards Bay. No one at this branch could help. The pass the buck to an grade 12 Edcon Call Centre Consultant. According to the consultant, my spouse is AND NOW READ THIS" ---- YOU ARE ARE LISTED BY ITC AS BEING EMPLOYED". Since when does ITC dictate employee conditions of employment. My spouse has been employed since April 2013 and what does her employment got to do with ITC - surely ITC does does not dictate Edcon conditiion of granting credit
