Good Day

I write to u expecting Edcon group to uphold their title of being PROUDLY SOUTH AFRICAN, I have just been advised by a consultant at the Edcon group that the policy of opening new accounts has been changed about a month ago, because activating new accounts for account holders that were handed over by Edcon group in the past even though it may have been years ago would no longer have access to open up a edcon account, what about those consumers who have been handed over by other companies, and not taking into consideration the tough economic times South Africa is facing with regards to employment, I was a loyal edcon customer and due to the fact that the business of where I was employed was liquidated, I was not employed for quite some time and therefore was unable to meet my commitments even though I sincerely wanted to, I have since found employment and have a stable job, I have been granted credit by banks, and other stores because I am not in debt any longer as I hav paid up letters &I am now credit worthy, I find that the edcon group is discriminating against som South Africans who may have had a bad patch in their lives at some point &I wil be takin matters furthe
