I Madelein Walker of Dynamic Communications bought to MTN SAM E105 cell phones at PEP stores in Sanlam Centre on the 7th of August 2013. I explained to the cashier Anita Evert that I have 2 unlimited sim cards from Telkom. My question to her was can I install the 2unlimited sim cards in the MTN SAM E105, she answered me "yes". The manger of Pep Stores she also made a call to other branches to confirm if this can be done and the answer from her side was also "yes"

Today, 26th of August I received a call from PEP Stores head office in Parow, she was arrogant and told met we should have read the terms and conditions, I feel as a customer these terms and conditions were never given to me in the 1st to read. I paid cash and sitting with cell phones not working the reason I inserted the unlimited sim cards from Telkom and now according to PEP stores head office my informed me the garentee expired.

What am I to do now for poor service from PEP stores.
