I do like your unlimited contract a lot. It have save me a lot of money, thank you very much!!! And your staff is friendly.
I wish it was only the above line that was the only truth about Telkom Mobile unfortunately it is not.
My voice mail is broken since the inception of my contract. (That is nearly a year now.) It did work for a while.
I had log 3 calls the past few months and none of them was resolved. (Not talking about the calls in the past that was not resolved)
And now you are charging me if I dial certain 012 number on my unlimited contract.
There at least 15 other complaints I also have but I have given up on them. I believe service and Telkom Mobile is a bit of an oxymoron. I made at least 27 phone calls to the service desk/ went to 3 different stores write several emails.
The best part is at least two stores said if you want to complaint your best option is HelloPeter. I belief it is a sad day if your own staff advice to go public with a complaint.
Please help! I want to belief that maybe somebody will read this post and take customer service seriously. Please proof my belief right.
