I received noteworthy service from Strictly Coffee after having ordered coffee from their online store.
My parcel was packaged and posted less than a day after my order was paid for.
Unfortunately some SA Postal worker thought that I wouldn't miss a few bags of coffee and so helped themselves and then resealed the parcel.
I emailed Rensche to query the missing bags and together we came to the conclusion that they must have been in transit.
Rensche then very kindly offered to send me 3 replacement bags at her own expense to compensate for the loss.
I am both impressed by the excellent customer service and humbled by the generosity of this company.
