Telkom Direct - bad service

I went into Telkom Direct in Gate Way shopping centre to get some info on the HP 650 Notebook deal. I waited for quite a while to get someone to assist as the sales assistants were more interested in messaging on their cell phones then in assisting me. I eventually got the information I needed on the Notebook and said I would return the following day to purchase the Notebook. When I returned to the shop I was irritated to find that the sales assistants were again more busy messaging on their personal cell phones than in the clients in the store. When I asked to purchase the HP 650 Notebook deal I was told in an irritated manner by the sales assistant that they have not had stock of that laptop for a while. "Why could they not have told me that yesterday". I have a business to run and took time off from running my business to come to Gate Way. I asked the sales assistant if he knew if any other Telkom Direct stores stocked this Notebook. Again in a very irritated manner I was informed that they cannot phone other stores and cannot check on stock in other stores. I can't even phone any of the Telkom Direct branches myself to enquire on stock. They only have fax nos and not phone nos
