On 12 december 2012, homemark debited my account an amount of appr R2090, i called on the same day to find out what was it for, they told me i agreed to buy (forgot the item) which was not true. I requested a refund with no success instead calls were coming in to inform me to await delivery. And that time i was home in eastern cape, whilst at the same time call did not stop informing me i qualify for some gifts. With my experience i told them i am not interested instead they went on to deduct again R1199 in january 2013. I was frustrated. I called them it was the same story that i agreed to the order. I requested the recordings until today i never got my money nor any response from homemark instead they only call to tell me i qualify for this and that. I need help who can help me to get my money back. Today its 24-11-2013 almost a year.
