Incompetent Sales Team Selling for cash sale

On the 14th of December, we walked into Rochester Northgate urgently looking for a lounge suit. The initial set that we had our eye on we were told will only be available mid to late January 2014. We left that and was showed another set by Susan and was told that is available and we will have it by latest the 24th December because they will Scotch-guard it. Today is the 30th and all i have is management on leave, Susan on leave and a useless Vincent that has the audacity to tell me that "There is nothing i can do, you will only receive it 2 weeks into January". This after he stood next to Susan who told me the 24th and he nodded and smiled. I've been asked to send an e-mail to [Email Removed] [Email Removed] as well as [Email Removed] and until now, i have yet to receive a response from them. With this being the festive season, how long should i entertain guests standing? Had i known that it would take this long, i would have gone to an alternative store, instead, i get to to pay cash for the order so that people can receive their commissions and i get told to wait. we asked for a refund but was told it could only be done late Jan 2014
