SUPPLIER LOSES WEDDING DRESS

I ORDERED A DRESS ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO NOW AND EACH WEEK AI WOULD GET MESSAGES OH THIS AND THAT PROBLEM THE DRESS HAS BEEN DELAYED! EVENTUAL I WAS ASKED WITH THE LAST TEXT RECEIVED CAN I WAIT 10 MORE DAYS AND I DID RELUCTANTLY BUT ITS MY WEDDING DRESS SO WHY WOULD I SAY NO! HOWEVER THE LADY IN QUESTION HAS NO IDEA WHERE MY DRESS IS AND HAS NO CONCRETE ANSWERS AS TO WHEN I CAN RECEIVE MY DRESS, I HAVE PAYED MORE THAN HALF OF THE PRICE OF THE DRESS AND I WILL BE DEMANDING A FULL REFUND IF I DO NOT GET ANY ANSWERS... I T JUST SEEMS THAT THERE ARE A WHOLE LOT OF POEPLE WHO THINK THEY HAVE BUSINESS SKILLS AND START THEIR OWN OPERATIONS BUT CANNOT FOLLOW THROUGH, THE SAD THING IS MY WEDDING IS IN 5 WEEKS AND I DONT HAVE A PLAN B!! AND I DONT SEEM TO GET ANY KIND CONFIRMATION OR EVEN THE SLIGHTEST BIT OF CONCERN OR COMPASSION FROM THE SUPPLIER! I AM BEYOND UPSET AND HURT I VE NEVER FELT SO OUT OF CONTROL AND ITS SUPPOSE TO BE THE BEST TIME OF MYLIFE AT THE MOMENT BUT INSTEAD I AM SICK TO MY STOMACH!
