I have ordered a wedding dress from Electricblue (Bridepages) on bid or buy. They said they would make the dress exactly like the picture. After a few weeks they sent me a picture of the dress, and it looked nothing like i wanted or asked for. I asked them to rectify the dress, but they couriered it to me with extra material so I could correct the dress myself. The whole dress is a disaster, and they refuse to refund me or to take back the dress and fix it. They never answer the phone, and barely respond to emails. EXTREMELY poor service, would NOT recommend them to anyone.
