We paid for the dress in full upfront - worst mistake ever made. The wedding dress was 3 sizes too big on arrival and they did not want to make (or were incapable of making) it smaller. My fianc? had to fight with them in the end until the workshop manager came to fix the dress. Not only did my fianc? see the dress, but I walked out with tears three times.
NEVER GO TO EUROBRIDE if you want the wedding dress of dreams.
