I am so disgusted with this place, I dont even know where to start!! I bought my wedding dress at Bridal Couture in July 2012 (My wedding is in march this year), so I had all my fittings as they said I should have and on my last fitting 09 Feb 2013 my dress should have been finished and ready to wash etc. On the 9th (4 weeks before my wedding) of Feb I go for my final fitting with my parents. The appointment was for 09:00, I get there at 09:00. We walk in and greet the manager standing in the front TWICE, she doesnt greet us back! So 09:20 the consultant walks in and gets my dress. I put my dress on... but to my shock and HORROR!! The dress was still pinned like 3 weeks back, the dress was torn, the seemstres sewed on extra detail where she tore the dress making it look tacky and cheap, the dress was DIRTY as if it was worn before. We started complaining about the condition of this "new" dress and after much discussion and complaining, the owner steps out in all her glory and SARCASM accusing us of lying about appointments etc. I was shocked by the way she treat my parents and I. I eventually told her to get her dress off me and give my money back... SHOCKING!!!
