Hi, I am uttely disgusted as to way this lady Suriya handled the call, I am an Edgars customer for years, i call in yesterday to put a stop on my sum of my account subscriptions and so when she was doing a security check after answering everything except my house number which hasn't been updated for years and we have changed them, she say no she cannot help me bcoz i did not know my house number? She spoke to be very bluntly and even said i should do what ever i want when i told her that i will put this on hello peter, How can i be blamed if the last time i spoke to a consultant and she did not updated my details? This is madness especially being a loyal Edgar's customer, this women should not taking any further calls if she treats customers this way! The way i feel now, is not to just cancel all these subscriptions but to close my account!
