Oh My word.
This has to be the worst experience of service delivery this year so far. We placed an order for delivery with KFC at 18:00 and after about an hour we called cos the delivery had not arrived and were told that it would be here in 20min. Lo and behold the delivery did not arrive and when we called again to query we were told another 20 min and still no delivery upon which we called again and were told they are going to look into it and call back in 5 min. They still never called back and the delivery never arrived.
Going on 21:00 we called and were told that the delivery did not leave the store and they dont know why and that they are going to despatch it immediately.
Stuff your delivery service KFC . IT stinks and leaves a sour taste in my mouth and also this is the second time that this happened. The unprofessionalism of your call center is of the charts. People screaming in the background, your IT guy answers the phone and people have no clue as to how to handle and rectify a situation gone wrong. As much as you think that all you need to do is give us chicken in return for money, there still needs to be control, professionalism, ethics in the process.
