I have had my name on a "waiting list" since August 2013 for a new Iphone 32S. We are now in December. I have followed up with them on many occasions both telephonically and visiting this store and I can honestly say their customer service is equivalent to that of a goverment department. "It is up the manager" I am told "to assign phones to the customers on the waiting list". Upon checking the waiting list yesterday, my name is still not on!! They have all my documenation and necessary information but cannot deliver the goods! If you are looking for good customer service; a manager that can assist in the process, an I phone 5 or consultants that get back to you - THEN DON'T GO TO VODACOM SHOP THE GROVE!!! Their service!!
