PAMPERS NAPPIES CUSTOMER CARE LINE

I HAVE BEEN THROUGH 3 PACKS OF PAMPERS NAPPIES AND THE NAPPIES SEEM TO BREAK AND ALL GEL FALLS OUT ALL OVER OR MY BABY WEES RIGHT THROUGH THE NAPPY.
I CONTACTED THE HELP LINE TO COMPLAIN AND IM STILL WAITING FOR THE VOUCHER THEY PROMISED THAT IS 6 WEEKS BACK... THEN I CALLED THEM TO COMPLAIN AGAIN ABOUT THE PRODUCT AND THEY JUST SAID THEY SENDING ME A VOUCHER IM STILL WAITING 4 WEEKS BACK. AND THEN I COMPLAINED AGAIN AND SAID IM NOT HAPPY WITH THERE SERVICES AND I GOT A REPOSE SAYING THEY ARE SORRY THAT I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THERE SERVICES??? THE PRICE OF THIS PRODUCT AND THE SERVICE I GET FOR IT IS UNEXCEPTIONABLE. I EVEN SENT THEM PHOTOS OF THE PRODUCT AND HOW IT LOOKS AND HOW HUMILIATING IT IS TO BE SOMEWHERE AND I NEED TO CHANGE MY BABY AND THAT IS WHAT HAPPENS?
