On 5 August Amy ordered a couch from Mr Price and paid R7500 in full, the colour was not as per the catalogue and despite contacting Vanessa at head office who treated her with indifference if not contempt, Amy went ahead with the purchase.
Delivery was set at 7 to 10 working days. On 22 August after visiting the store (no customer contact policy obviously) only half had arrived. Balance promised for "early next week".
Nothing happened. Amy was told Vanessa from head office would contact her. Two days! later she phoned but Amy couldn't take the call. Since then Amy has returned her call a number of times but she was put on hold
(30 days!!! of nothing but sitting on the floor!)
Mr Price? Yes, Mr Delivery? No!
