HORRIBLE SERVICE

On the 16th of August I went into the Foschini at Menlyn and saw a pair of shoes that I really liked, however much to my dismay they didn't have my size. So I proceeded to call a lady that was on the floor and asked her to please assist me, her response was she doesn't work with shoes and that I should go upstairs. Anyway eventually I went to the counter where a floor manager was called by the name of Rebecca. She was going to check which store had eventually after 45 minutes she got hold of Kolonnade branch and they said that they would keep it out for me. So I said ok and IBT should be done and Rebecca said yes it will only take 2 days for It to arrive. After calling Kolonnade she said it would take 2-3 weeks and then I said no you said 2 days so somebody must go and collect it for me. She then proceeded to call Judith the other floor manager who was extremely rude, was dancing and sashaying her hips to the till, was wearing sunglasses in the show and this was at 7pm in the evening. She didn't greet she didn't do anything. She proceeded to tell me that I should just go and fetch the shoes. She then said she would call Nikki the Branch Manager (all the time dancing)
