On the 8th January 2013, I bought a pair of black shoes at the Woolworths Westgate branch. When I fitted the shoes in store they were perfect. I wore them on Sunday (13/01/12), and as I was wearing them they seemed to be expanding. I'm not sure what the cause of this was, so I went back to the store to explain, but I was met with hostility and treated like a. I explained that all I wanted was a pair that fits as I had no intention of taking the shoe back, but the manager Petro Van Niekerk was extremely rude and told me I didn't know my own shoe size. This is strange because all my other shoes are a size 4, shoes from Woolworths and other stores. I was very disappointed with the treatment I received. As I've never had this problem with Woolworths before.
