I purchased a pair of boots for my daughter - on arriving home they didn't fit her. I returned to Jet with a friend. We searched every rack (the boots were cross merchandized) looking for a bigger size. While searching 80% of the shoes were on the wrong sized hanger - this I experience regularly at both jet & Edgars.. I approached a sales lady - Thandi - and asked her to check the stock room for a bigger size AND gave her the option of purple OR black. She then proceeded to go through the racks looking for a size - despite us repeatedly telling her that we had already gone through them and hence asking her to look in the stock room. She huffed off with said boot in hand. After 15 minutes I walked the entire shop looking for her - while my friend approached another sales lady to assist - she dissapeared & came back shortly shrugging her shoulders that she didn't know where Thandi or the boot was. EVENTUALLY Thandi reappeared & when we asked her where the boot was she had just dumped in on the floor in and amongst shoes in a different isle to where the same boots were hanging. Handed it to us with another huff and NOT EVEN a "sorry we don't have a larger size"
