I bought a pair of boots from this store. 4 days later I returned them because there was something wrong with the shoes. The lady in charge first refused to take them back because she insisted that I had worn the shoe. I had only tried it on at home for a few minutes. Eventually, after much debate from my side, she said the manager would have to decide and that he would call me. She took down my number. One month passed and I hadn't heard back from them. I went in to the store and asked her what the manager had said. She said he refused to take it back because the shoe was worn. I, again told her that I did not wear the shoe. She said that the manager had decided and it was final. I asked her why no one had at least called me to let me know. She had no answer for me. The lady was extremely uncooperative and rude. She insisted that I was lying and I was not. The manager, Ebrahim, is extremely unprofessional for not getting back to me in person/notifying me of his decision.
