If you're considering purchasing jewelry please do not go to Pearl & Diamond designs!!! After forwarding my complaint to them I have heard nothing from them! I complained to them about bad workmanship and they simply can't even contact me to resolve this matter!
Makes me think if I had to purchase a really expensive item from them there service is only semi decent until you purchase the item and thereafter is nonexistent!
They take the joy out of purchasing jewelry and take away the experience especially when there staff tells you that purchasing a t-shirt is for a lady is equivalent to purchasing her jewelry!
