This was my first time purchasing from Zando. I ordered a specific pair of shoes which was perfect for a specific occasion which is tonight. When I bought the item it was in-stock (why would I have bothered purchasing it then). Because of their delays (Only receiving a confirmation of payment more than a week from when the money was transferred despite several follow ups within 24 hours from making payment and resending proof of payment 5 times) it firstly was not going to be delivered on-time and now I just received a e-mail indicating that the item was out of stock and I could use the credit on any other ITEM the audacity. I e-mailed them my dissatisfaction. I had a call from a Customer service manager who had a very scripted apology. Having ready several other reports ons refunds I am now really concerned that I might not get my money back in time to make an alternate purchase. Their service is seriously questionable.
