We were looking for wedding rings throughout Fourways Mall and found them at Forma Viva. They were slightly too large and Forma Viva were unable to resize them for us. They recommended Michael's Designs for that. They even let us first ask if Michael's Designs would resize before purchasing.
We went to Michael's Designs and they assured us that the resizing could be done and the rings collected the morning after. Thus we went back to Forma Viva and purchased the wedding rings.
When we arrived at Michael's Designs who had promised to resize our rings we were met with another story instead. Now it was more a case that they were too busy and it was not their problem to help us because we had purchased rings from another store. When I explained that I had already asked 20mins before hand if they would assist and they agreed, the manager simply said that the staff I spoke to was a casual and they wouldn't be willing to help at all.
All I wanted was a simple sorry on behalf of the false information and perhaps a recommendation to another jeweller who could help. But the attitude was so awful and so unhelpful that I would never recommend Michael's Designs to anyone ever. Beware!!
