Now I have seriously had it if you go back to all my complaints I am seriously unhappy. Do not send a branch manger to view my furniture @ home after several complaints and waiste of petrol driving up and down. I am seriously unhappy. Please send the manufacturer to my home to view the inferior quality of furniture. My word why must I pay every month and this is the service. Do not send your people out to scotch guard next week send you manufacturer of the furniture out to see. How can this furniture look like this after 2 weeks. Material sagging. Sort this out as soon as you have a proper answer for me.
