Went into Clicks today at the Trade Route Mall, three (3) ladies working there were standing together at the till.
I politely greeted and was ignored by all three, then i asked for assistance and they continued to ignore me while they continued their conversation.
I repeated myself, asking for assistance, eventually one nodded and when I enquired about the product I needed because the shelf where the product usually is was empty.
She responded, no stock, without even even going to check and see at the back if they had stock of the product.
This is an ongoing thing at this branch, the cashiers are unfriendly and of no help whatsoever.
