I am very upset that the pharmacy manager never contacted me to tell me I would need another original script in order to receive my son's medication. I arrived to collect the meds in peak hours with no choice but to have a 1, 2 and 3 year old in tow. After waiting FOREVER in the queue (another huge problem with the store) I was told the bad news. Add to this the manager had had my details for 24 hours, as I had phoned ahead the day before. This is what enrages me. These are people's LIVES that Clicks is messing with! That medication was URGENT, hence the reason I called ahead by 24hours. To add insult to injury the manager was not to be found anywhere in the store. Where was she/he? It was 4*30, surely a responsible manager would be present at peak times, but this just goes to validate my case! If it weren't for the amazing Janet Cochrane I shudder to think of what my night ahead of me held! Please, something needs to change there! If you don't get helped by Janet you are basically up the river without a paddle.
